As I reflect on this past year, I find immense pride in the accomplishments of SuccessionHR. SuccessionHR is the first HR software focused on Succession Planning for mid to large organizations, working with organizations across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
We have guided HR leaders away from reliance on cumbersome Excel sheets and PowerPoint presentations, providing them with a streamlined platform to manage their Key Role Succession Plans with ease, clarity, and collaboration. With leadership turnover currently at its peak (~20%), proper Succession Planning with SuccessionHR provides the best opportunity for success and risk management.
In 2023, our platform underwent notable expansion, incorporating many specialized features. This includes executive dashboards, advanced filtering options, customizable pool health, frequency selection, self-serve file imports and onboarding processes, multiple user and collaborator functionalities, and an array of distinctive features designed to address the intricacies of effective Succession Planning. Among the more substantial enhancements were the introduction of organizational charts, skills/competencies tracking, career pathways, and integration capabilities with over 50 HRIS systems.
